After waiting an hour, I told him about my pleural effusion. He said there's a specialist in Katoomba Hospital that could help. I go there and it turns out he's the wrong type of specialist so they send me to Nepean Hospital to see the right specialist.
He is a friendly doctor though, and the patients he has seem to like him so maybe it was just the experience I had.
