  I'm changing my review. In the past it was a 1 star review. I've upgraded to a 3 star review.
  Since the new facility manager took over a year ago a lot of positive changes have happened.
  Johannes stepped up and was excellent during covid. Kept family up to date on lockdown and on going changes without fail.
  Food has improved with new menu changes.
  The staff are fantastic and do there best.
  Johannes has been promoted to the CEO and that personal touch is now lagging.
  But overall it's improved dramatically.

  My parents lived there until my Dad passed away and Mum continued to live there on her own and has recently moved into the hostel and is extremely happy living in her unit. She loves her meals 3 times a day participates in activities.

  My pop was looked after like a king. The staff made every minute as comfortable as they could.

  Great retirement village but has lost control of its reason for being. Govt has taken away the capacity to have care from 55 to grave. Residents no longer have immediate access to staged care.

  Kind, Caring and hardworking staff in lovely facilities. Don't forget about Buckland fete. No brainer for oldies in the mountains.
