  Today I seen Ahmed who preformed my specialist ultrasound (not pregnancy) and I can not praise him enough, he was professional, personable and just overall made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Thank you Ahmed for your service and help today.

  I took my daughter for an x-ray today (Saturday of a long weekend). She had been wearing a backslab for 10 days and we needed to check if her scaphoid was fractured or not. I was dismayed to realise that we might not have the result for another three days, and I would have to take another day off to go to the GP... but Zoe the radiographer told me they would have the results for me in a couple of hours, and they did! Thank you to Zoe for your friendly service and to Dr Tiwari for this extremely fast turnaround. There was no fracture so you've saved my daughter from three unnecessary days of having her wrist immobilised, and we are very grateful.

  I happened to land at this radiology centre incorrectly (booked in at another centre). However, starting from the reception to all the staff, they were all helpful and kind. They were understanding with the mixup, and since there were openings, they booked us in. Even while the procedure was happening, the staff were thoughtful. My husband is less mobile, and hence there were some adjustments that need to be done when doing the CT scan and X-rays. However, they were understanding and kind, they made the experience very pleasant! I will surely go here for any and all radiology needs if the service continues to be what I encountered yesterday.

  Ultrasounds for a unborn child are suppose to be pleasant and beautiful experience; however this facility is filled with people who do not honour their word and their policies seem to change every second, depending on who you speak to. If you want your day wrecked, or a lovely experience to be destroyed by some bureaucratic red tape enforceable by a power hungry manager then make your appointment here. There seems to be no room for empathy or any human decency here and that is why I will no longer come to this so called place of business ever again.

  Unprofessional, rude and lacking in their duty of care.
  When i went in for a scan they have a go unqualified go between who does chinese whispers between you and the sonographer.
  Was told i needed a different scan and they wrote and changed it but wouldnt give me a leg scan (for a bad leg) didn’t explain why they changed my scan after i had already been prepped for the scan i was meant to come in for.
  When i asked to speak to the sonographer to discuss why they werent helping me today and what everything meant i was rudely and flatly refused to be able to speak to someone qualified about my condition when I had an appointment for that reason.
  
  No empathy or concern from staff and when I called to express my concerns to a manager they said one wasnt in. Ive never heard of a business running with no manager present.
  
  All in all terrible service and lacks in their duty of care to help clients know what to even get scanned for.
