  We purchased a pool from Jeff a few months ago and were very pleased both by the product and by the quality of service that was provided. Jeff was only ever a phone call away. He helped us with construction advice, documentation, accessories, etc. He even called me back once, while he was on holiday in the U.K., to answer a query that I had. It is very rare to get that level of service and it's very reassuring to have someone holding your hand every step of the way from choosing your pool, to installing your pool , to certifying your pool. I cannot recommend affordable pools highly enough.

  Jeff and the team at Affordable Pools did an excellent job. They helped us narrow down which product we wanted with patience, waited while we delayed our order due to Covid and still gave us our original discount. When the product finally shipped there were issues and Jeff responded immediately and had the issue resolved by the following week. Every time I have contacted them with questions I have had a response within hours, and it has always been a helpful informative response. The pool itself is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I have never had such a positive interaction with a supplier.

  My recent experience with Affordable Pools was great. Jeff is very professional and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He walked me through a range of options to help me make a decision as to the pool type, and the pool was delivered exactly within the timeframe he advised. The after sales service is 10 out of 10 with Jeff promptly getting back on any queries. Highly recommend.

  Excellent customer service. Being in Queensland all my dealings were via email or phone. It did not seem to matter whether it was for pre purchase advice or seeking assistance on pool construction, on all occasions time was taken to discuss my needs or concerns. Product quality was good, instructions were comprehensive and allowed myself and two sons to install our pool and complete landscaping in just over one week. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a pool purchase or upgrade.
